Mobile Spy Software Performance:

Mobile Spy is worth considering. However its lack of voice call monitoring, the inability to turn the product off when not required, coupled with the constant sending of reports and the ease of discovery, means that it is really not suitable for spyphone use. Mobile Spy Homepage.

Ease of Use:

While its functionality is limited, it works well, except for one glaring problem. The Target phone and the web account share the same password. If you ever need to charge the password for the web account, which you should do regularly, you stop receiving data, and the target phone starts to choke up with data that it cant deliver. While this poor authentication may be sufficient for a product designed for data backup, its is a serious problem for a spy phone program. Mobile Spy cannot be considered a true spy phone application in the same context as SpyPhone Gold Internet or SMS.

Ticket Customer Support - have had problems with receiving support responses.
